Background
Cell localization:Nucleus.function:Required for DNA recombination, repair and replication. The activity of RP-A is mediated by single-stranded DNA binding and protein interactions.,PTM:Phosphorylated in a cell-cycle-dependent manner (from the S phase until mitosis).
